Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

All products sold on digitalproductsbundle.in, including WA Sender and the Website Template Bundle, are digital products. There is no physical item, courier, or postal shipment involved in any order — so there are no shipping charges, no shipping addresses to fill in, and no transit times to wait out.

2. Delivery method

Once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, we deliver:

• For WA Sender: a download link for the installer and your unique license key to activate the software
• For the Website Template Bundle: access details/download links to the template library, plugins and video training
• Basic setup instructions to get you started

These are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your email address before completing payment, as this is our primary delivery channel.

3. Delivery timeline

Delivery is instant to near-instant in almost all cases — most customers receive their download link and license key within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases (email delays, high demand, or bank confirmation delays from Razorpay), delivery may take up to a few hours. If you haven't received anything within 24 hours, please contact us — see Section 4.

4. Didn't receive your order?

If your payment succeeded but you haven't received your download link/license key:

• Check your spam/promotions folder for an email from Digital Products Bundle
• Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct
• Message us on WhatsApp with your payment confirmation/transaction ID and we'll resend it right away

5. Redelivery & lost license keys

Lost your license key or need to reinstall on a new PC (within your plan's activation limit)? Contact our support team with your order details and we'll help you recover your license key or move your activation at no extra charge.
