The terms that apply when you use digitalproductsbundle.in or purchase WA Sender or the Website Template Bundle from us.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digitalproductsbundle.in (the "Site") and any product purchased from us, including WA Sender and the Website Template Bundle. By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
Digital Products Bundle is a digital products business based in India, operating under the domain digitalproductsbundle.in. We sell digital products delivered electronically after purchase — including WA Sender, a bulk WhatsApp messaging tool for Windows, and the Website Template Bundle, a collection of WordPress and Shopify website templates.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to purchase from this Site. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to use it for the intended business purpose.
WA Sender is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of devices specified in your plan (currently one PC per license) for your own business use.
Website Template Bundle templates and included assets are licensed, not sold, to you for the lifetime of the bundle, for use on your own websites or on client projects as described in our FAQ. You may not resell the raw template files themselves as a standalone product.
WA Sender is offered as a subscription — currently ₹199/month billed monthly, or ₹899/year as a one-time yearly payment, payable via Razorpay. The monthly plan auto-renews until cancelled; the yearly plan is a single payment covering 12 months and does not auto-renew.
Website Template Bundle is a single one-time payment (currently ₹249) with lifetime access — there is no recurring billing for this product.
WA Sender is provided as a bulk-messaging tool for legitimate business communication. When using it, you agree that you will:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of this section, without refund of the current billing period.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Digital Products Bundle and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use our branding or site content without written permission.
"WhatsApp" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Digital Products Bundle and WA Sender are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Use of the WhatsApp name is solely to describe the platform our software is compatible with.
The Site and our software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep WA Sender reliable and up to date, we do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration, or that any specific messaging outcome (such as delivery rate or account safety) will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Digital Products Bundle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — arising from your use of the Site or software, including any action taken against your WhatsApp account by WhatsApp/Meta as a result of your use of bulk-messaging tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the software or Site if you breach these Terms, without prejudice to any fees already due. You may stop using the software and cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site or software after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
